We assist clientele in the acquisition of distressed assets through the bankruptcy process, and we also represent multinational companies in a wide array of business and real estate matters, including commercial contract disputes, business strategy, choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.

Our experience includes the creation of bidding and auction procedures on behalf of distressed sellers and advising purchasers in navigating the bidding and auction process in bankruptcy. We advise clients in the purchase and sale of assets in Section 363 sales, reorganization plan sales and trustee/receivership sales. We advise buyers, sellers, lenders and unsecured creditors regarding secured lender credit bid rights in distressed sale situations. We also address potential successor liability issues on behalf of clients acquiring distressed assets or businesses.
